About

Built on evidence. Honest by design.

The Pause Worthy Project exists to close a gap: most women going through this transition are never told what's happening, or what actually helps. We're here to change that — with education, navigation, and accountability you can trust.

Our editorial standard

Every claim on this site is cited to clinical guidelines and research. We work from a documented source library — including the North American Menopause Society's position statements, the 2025 Korean Society of Menopause guidelines, and the STRAW+10 staging framework — and we revisit it as the science evolves.

Just as importantly, we tell you what doesn't work. When the evidence doesn't support a popular remedy, we say so plainly. That honesty is the whole point — it's how you know you can trust what we do recommend you ask about.

What coaching here is

  • Understanding your stage and what to expect
  • Building sustainable habits around sleep, movement, stress, and routine
  • Preparing for appointments and following through on your clinician's plan
  • Accountability and support from someone who gets it

What coaching here is not

So we're completely clear: we don't diagnose conditions, prescribe or adjust medications, recommend supplements, write meal plans, or provide therapy. When something needs a clinician, we'll say so and help you get there. We work alongside your medical care — never instead of it.

Credentials & why they matter

[Coach name] is a [NBC-HWC / menopause-certified] coach. Certification matters here — it means trained in menopause physiology and bound by a professional scope of practice and a code of ethics. It's also why the boundaries above aren't just fine print; they're how a responsible coach is required to work.

(Placeholder — replace with the coach's name, certification, and a short personal note before launch.)

Our promise: we coach, educate, and guide. We don't diagnose or prescribe — that's your clinician's role, and we'll help you get the most from them.
